First off, we will have an initial consultation via video call, so we  can take the time to get to know you. We want to learn more about your lifestyle, goals and potential barriers so we can create the most effective personalized program.

This program will include a detailed weekly routine, exercise video tutorials and clearly laid out reps, sets, load, intensity and other important parameters.

We offer both hands on and off coaching styles depending on how much support you need.

Hi, I’m your coach, Jen Norman RMT CSCS BKin

For as long as I can remember, I’ve have a deep love for the human body and staying active. Even at a young age, I knew that the health and wellness industry was where I was meant to be.

While attending McMaster University for my Bachelors of Science Kinesiology, I had the pleasure to work with some of the most talented Strength and Conditioning Coaches in the industry, as I worked along side them to train our varsity athletes. This experience not only allowed me to harness my passion for the human body, but it refined my skillset as a coach and program designer.

After completing my Bachelor of Science Kinesiology with honours, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS,) and attended Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy, to become a Registered Massage Therapist.

My goal was to combine the worlds of rehabilitation and high performance to create the most effective training protocol for my clients. And I did just that. I created beautiful, thorough and well thought systems for each of my clients. These systems would not only help them improve their overall fitness, but would reduce their pain and reduce their risk of injury.

And the more I worked, the more I realized that it wasn’t just the detailed programs I created that helped them succeed, it was my enthusiasm and love of fitness. Consistently, each of my clients told me what they appreciated most was that they were able to fall in love with it themselves because I showed them how much joy it could bring.
